These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by the Company, including the facilitation of the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) scheme through approved participants and installations by Clean Energy Council (CEC) approved retailers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By using our services, you (&#8220;the Customer&#8221;) agree to these Terms and Conditions, which form a binding legal agreement between you and the Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Services Provided<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00a0Information and Sign-Up<\/strong>: The Company will provide information on energy-efficient products and services. We will assist Customers in signing up for these products and services, ensuring they understand the benefits and any associated costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00a0Installation<\/strong>: Installations of the products will be conducted by licensed professionals. For solar power systems, installations will be facilitated exclusively by CEC approved retailers to ensure quality and compliance with industry standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00a0VEU Scheme Participation<\/strong>: The Company will assist Customers in participating in the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) scheme, working with VEU participants to facilitate the process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Customer Obligations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00a0Accurate Information<\/strong>: Customers agree to provide accurate and current information about their energy needs and installation premises.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00a0\u00a0Access for Installation<\/strong>: Customers grant the Company and its contractors access to the installation premises as required for assessments, installations, and any necessary follow-ups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Data Use and Privacy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00a0Data Collection<\/strong>: The Company will collect personal and property-related information necessary for the provision of our services, including participation in the VEU scheme and installation of products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Use of Data<\/strong>: This data will be used solely for the purpose of providing the described services, complying with legal requirements, and improving service offerings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00a0Sharing of Data<\/strong>: Data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent, and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and applicable Victorian privacy laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Liability and Warranties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u00a0Quality of Service<\/strong>: The Company ensures that all services provided will be conducted professionally and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00a0Manufacturer\u2019s Warranty<\/strong>: Products installed as part of our services will be covered by the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty. The Company does not provide any additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Changes to Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the Company\u2019s website or direct communication to Customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Governing Law<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
